Boorn is the Noongar word for tree. The Boorn Planter reflects ideas of growth, grounding and quiet strength found within the natural world. Designed with the same considered material language as the Nyin Chair and Biddi Rack, it carries a sense of durability and restraint, allowing it to settle naturally into both public and interior landscapes.

The form references the steady rise of young trees and the protective geometry of their root systems, creating a supportive vessel for new growth. More than a planter, Boorn introduces the presence of Country into everyday environments, offering a subtle reminder that living systems, land and story remain deeply connected.

The Boorn Planter

The Boorn Planter is a contemporary outdoor planter inspired by Noongar knowledge of growth, renewal and connection to Country. Designed for public spaces, architectural landscapes and cultural precincts, it features a strong marine grade aluminium body with soft curved edges that complement both natural and built environments. Each planter is precision fabricated, TIG welded and finished with a durable powder coat that withstands harsh climates, coastal conditions and high traffic areas.
